10th Annual Camel Summer Charity Classic, 2010.

Saturday, 11 July – Camillian Center Rayong.

The organizing committee from the 10th annual Camel Summer Charity Classic gathered at the Camillian Center in Rayong to present the proceeds from the Charity golf tournament, held this year at the Emerald Golf Course in Banchang on June 12th to the representatives of the St Camillus Foundation.

The final amount totalled THB 416,200.00 and was presented to the St Camillus Foundation by Terry Tansley, Rod Carmichael, Chris Quinn and Kh Tong, on behalf of the Camel. A warm reception was provided and the staff from the Camillian Center arranged for a large group of very engaging and constantly smiling children to assist. A select group of the children, equipped with different tone bells then performed a lovely version of “The Bells of St Mary” for the Camel organizers, in thanks.

Terry from the Camel Pub wishes to again sincerely thank the legion of contributors for the generous support and for making the tournament the great success that it was.
