Camel Winter Classic Presentation to the Camillian Centre

Saturday 16th January 2010 – Organisers and friends of the 2009 Camel Charity Winter Golf Classic attended the Camillian Social Center in Rayong, run by the St Camillus Foundation which provides shelter and care to homeless, indigent and rejected people living with HIV/Aids to present them with a cheque for the funds raised by the Winter Classic golf tournament held in mid December 2009.

The tournament this raised THB 247,450.00 and was gratefully received by Father Giovanni Contarin and a group of the very bright and enthusiastic children. The Camel Classic has been held twice yearly since 2002 and has raised over 3.5 million baht for this most worthy of causes. The next Summer Classic will be held in June 2010.
